Investment Opportunities
SRE is seeking opportunities and partners within the following investment strategy:
- Return Profile: value-add to opportunistic
- Capital Structure: asset-level equity, debt, and mezzanine financing/preferred equity/hybrid, or real estate operating companies
- Investment Type: direct or joint venture (LP, structured, co-GP, or Opco)
- Life-Cycle Stage: value-add, alternative use, deep renovation or selective developments
- Asset Classes: all traditional asset classes (office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and retail), as well as specialty and emerging asset classes (life science, senior, self-storage, cold storage, single-family for rent, data centers and student housing, etc.)
- Geography: North America, with an emphasis on the top 30 U.S. metropolitan statistical areas; will consider investments in secondary and tertiary markets
- Investment Size: ranges from $20 million to $250 million, with the opportunity for larger investments on portfolio transactions, special situations or on a programmatic basis
