Singerman Real Estate, LLC (“SRE”), founded in 2010, is a value-driven real estate firm focused on executing opportunistic, cycle-resilient investments across all major asset classes.
SRE sponsored funds are highly diversified across industrial, life science, office, hospitality, retail and multifamily, in addition to secondary asset classes, with no asset class representing greater than 25% of equity committed by any SRE vehicle.
Our Business
Measured growth since 2010
SRE has raised a series of five institutional commingled funds and co-investment vehicles:
- Invested in over 100 investments representing $2.0 billion of equity
- Currently investing on behalf of SRE Opportunity Fund V, L.P., a fully discretionary 2025 vintage investment vehicle
- Sourced and executed, with partners, over $6 billion of investments across major asset classes
SRE believes its flexible investment strategy provides the ability to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns
