Singerman Real Estate, LLC (“SRE”), founded in 2010, is a value-driven real estate firm focused on executing opportunistic, cycle-resilient investments across all major asset classes.
SRE sponsored funds are highly diversified across industrial, life science, office, hospitality, retail and multifamily, in addition to secondary asset classes, with no asset class representing greater than 25% of equity committed by any SRE vehicle.

Measured growth since 2010
SRE has raised a series of four institutional commingled funds and co-investment vehicles:
- Invested in over 80 investments representing $1.5 billion of equity
- Currently, investing on behalf of SRE Opportunity Fund IV, L.P., a fully discretionary 2021 vintage investment vehicle
- Since 2010, sourced and executed, with partners, over $5 billion of investments across major property types
SRE believes its flexible investment strategy provides the ability to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns
